Vlad is the Founder & CEO of 404 Capital. He brings institutional real estate investment management experience from PineBridge Benson Elliot and Tikehau Capital in London, having worked across c. €500m of equity in value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies in Europe and the US.

He combines institutional underwriting discipline with an entrepreneurial, operationally-led execution mindset.

Vlad has lived and worked in Spain, where he has been involved in Spanish real estate transactions across offices, retail and living. He works in Spanish at a professional level and maintains an active local network in key Spanish cities.

Vlad holds a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Alberto is the CFO & COO of 404 Capital. He brings 16+ years of Spanish real estate finance and operating experience across listed REIT/SOCIMI platforms and private real estate businesses, including VBARE Iberian Properties, Autonomy Capital and PwC. Across these platforms, Alberto has led portfolio optimisation, debt financing, capital events, and investor-grade reporting.

He brings institutional governance, risk management, and operational finance discipline to every execution.

Originally from Seville, Alberto has managed c. €300m AUM across value-add projects in Madrid and Barcelona.

Alberto holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from Pablo de Olavide University and Université Paris Dauphine.
