Vlad is a real estate private equity professional, with institutional investment management experience at PineBridge Benson Elliot and Tikehau Capital. He has worked across investment and asset management roles across c. €500m of equity across value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies in the UK, Europe, and the US.

He has operated across residential, commercial and other alternative sectors, with a focus on active asset management and value creation through operations, targeted capex, and capital structuring. Vlad has invested and operated across credit too with structured and downside-protected situations.

Multilingual (English, Romanian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Russian), Vlad brings cross-border execution capability and local-market connectivity. He combines institutional underwriting discipline with an entrepreneurial execution mindset.

Vlad holds a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Alberto is a real estate finance and asset management executive with 16+ years of experience across listed REIT/SOCIMI platforms and private real estate businesses in Spain, including VBARE Iberian Properties and Autonomy Capital.

He has led portfolio optimisation, debt financing and refinancing processes, capital events, and investor-grade reporting and controls. He brings institutional governance, risk management, and operational finance discipline to every execution.

Previously, Alberto was an Audit Manager in PwC’s Real Estate & Construction cluster in Madrid and Luxembourg, leading cross-border engagements for listed and private real estate vehicles and ensuring full IFRS and local GAAP compliance. He also managed multicultural teams and delivered complex multi-year audits under tight conditions, including turnaround situations.

Alberto holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from Pablo de Olavide University & Université Paris Dauphine.
