The Lounge is the group of qualified private investors who invest alongside 404 Capital in boutique, value-add student residences in Spain's university cities, operated by Cuatro Urban Living. Membership is free and starts with the short investor statement below.
Every investment is a separate club deal with its own documents. Members decide on each one; there is no blind pool.
Members receive 404's monthly letter: pipeline, progress on the portfolio and the date of the next commitment window.
When a deal is ready, members have two weeks to review the materials, ask questions and commit.
404 invests its own capital in every deal and operates the assets through Cuatro Urban Living, so our economics follow yours.

Who can join
Deal materials are financial promotions that have not been approved by a firm authorised by the FCA and are not registered with the CNMV. By law we can only share them with investors who certify, in the words set by the regulator, that they are high net worth or sophisticated (United Kingdom), professional or qualified (Spain), or the equivalent elsewhere.

We will confirm your membership by email within a few days and you will receive the next monthly letter. Statements are valid for twelve months; we will ask you to renew before yours lapses.
