404 is led by Vlad Pent (Founder & CEO) and Alberto García de Novales (CFO & COO).
Vlad has spent his career investing in real estate across Europe and the US with large investment firms, including PineBridge Benson Elliot and Tikehau Capital. Alberto has sixteen years of experience financing and running real estate businesses in Spain, including VBARE Iberian Properties and Autonomy Capital.

Cuatro creates and professionally operates boutique residences for students and young professionals in Spain’s leading university cities.
Our buildings have up to around 200 beds, with well-designed rooms and shared spaces, close to universities and good transport. Each one is run by our own team, with our own technology.
Why it works: our local network finds buildings others miss, we buy them at the right price, and we offer a better place to live than most of what’s on the market. Operations stay in-house because the experience is too important to outsource.
